Here’s a Weekend Detox Game Plan starting Friday night that gently resets your body, supports your liver, improves digestion, and leaves you feeling light, clear, and refreshed by Monday.


๐ŸŒ™ FRIDAY NIGHT: WIND DOWN + PREP

Goal: Transition from stress → relaxation → elimination

1. Early Dinner (5:30–7 PM):

  • Light, anti-inflammatory meal
    Examples:

    • Steamed veggies + wild salmon

    • Lentil soup + leafy greens

    • Miso soup + avocado + rice

2. Detox Tea (8 PM):

  • Herbal blend: dandelion root, ginger, peppermint, or fennel

    • Helps the liver, digestion, and bloating

    • Drink warm and slowly

3. Epsom Salt Bath (8:30–9 PM):

  • 2 cups Epsom salt + lavender oil

  • Soak 20 minutes to pull toxins, soothe muscles

4. Screen-Free Wind Down (9–10 PM):

  • Gentle yoga or breathwork

  • Journal 3 things you’re letting go of this weekend

  • Go to bed by 10–10:30 PM


๐ŸŒž SATURDAY: DEEP CLEANSE + MOVEMENT

Goal: Activate elimination systems (liver, lymph, skin, gut)

Morning Routine:

  • Wake up by 7:30 AM

  • Warm lemon water (with pinch of cayenne + turmeric)

  • 15–30 minutes of yoga or stretching

  • Dry brushing (stimulates lymph flow)

  • Cold shower rinse (if tolerable)

Breakfast:

  • Green smoothie
    Blend: spinach, cucumber, celery, green apple, lemon, ginger, water or coconut water

Mid-Morning:

  • Gentle movement or creative hobby (art, gardening, journaling)

Lunch:

  • Warm veggie stir-fry

  • Add fermented food (kimchi, pickles)

Afternoon:

  • Hydration check-in: Add cucumber/mint to water

  • Optional: probiotic capsule

Dinner:

  • Light veggie soup + sweet potato

  • Small bowl of berries with herbal tea

Evening:

  • Reflect on how your body feels

  • Light stretching or meditation

  • No screen time after 9 PM
