Day 15 no carb no sugar reset 


Cheated a little last night and had two sushi rolls. Skipped the Crab rangoons (which is deep fried magic) and just at one roll and a half of spicey tuna. It was very good and I was very proud of myself. For lunch I eggs and Sausage. A can of sardines which was pretty good. Has a lot of fatty acids which are very good for the mind. And then had chopstixs for dinner. Pretty good day with a little cheat in there.
