Starbucks Iced venti 2 pumps sugar free vanilla half n half cinnamon powder
I kind of start the day with things that will keep blood sugar stable, like Apple Cider vinegar, or cinnamon. It gives you an edge since that's what you want your food to do.
Breakfast: Salda with veggies and parmesan-Green Peppers, banana peppers tomatoes very good.
Lunch: Cottage cheese, pecans and avocado and low carb tortilla baked chips. (I'll add the recipes in the next blog)
Dinner: Chicken Breast Pecans, low carb chips avocado, smoked cheese. so good
