Day 17 no carb no sugar reset



Day 17-Things are moving right along. Body is feeling great and brain is feeling great. Blood pressure too. 

Breakfast/Lunch Eggs, Sausage, pepper, hot sauce

Snack: Mixed nuts moderate salt

Starbucks coffee: Sugar free vanilla lattee with extra foam

Dinner: Sheet pan with turkey/Broccoli/ Squash/ Egg plant 

Snack: Sugar free cool whip with nuts
