Day #3
So today was a day of headaches and many of them. I popped over to walmart and picked up some low carb items. Here is the shopping list.
1) sardines 2 different kinds to try
2) cheese smoked
3) cottages cheese two one to eat and one to make no carb bread
4) celery for dipping/ carrots
5)nuts
6) avocado packs
This is all to help keep those carbs away, and that insulin steady. And flavor high!
Stepped on the scale for the first time and I usually run around 238 and today I was 233.5 yippee skippy.
