Day #14 NO carb no sugar fast
Snack: Sugar free/no carbs cool whip with cinnamon and walnuts, cashews and it tastes amazing, and quells those sugar cravings.
Mental mood is fantastic today, as it has been for several weeks. And I seem to be processing emotions faster.
Dinner
2 Pork chops/ 1 Beef sirloin from the grill
Actually had two small baked potatoes tonight, with sour cream, cheese and pepper. They were amazing.
Still loving this way of eating. So much has changed for me.
*More energy
* Less Body ache/Joint pain/stomach pain
* Better sleep
* Better huba huba
