Day #15 No carb No sugar reset
The real trick seems to be keeping it fresh while your eating the same things.
Breakfast: Eggs, Sausage links
Lunch: A salad from chick filet with breaded chicken (as a cheat)
Dinner Chicken with a little bit of pasta
What's improved so far:
Skin has cleared up on the face
More energy all the time
Weight loss around 231.6 right now
