I am moving right along. I had way to much liquids yesterday, which bumped me up about 6 ounces, to 234.4 but that's not to bad. Considering, I had a venti from starbucks yesterday. Recipes in this blog And I brought a coffee of my own, and really didn't like it. Hence the venti from Starbucks.
Todays menu:
Sugar free coffee for Breakast
Mid morning meal: Chicken breast, Cabbage, nuts.
Yesterday, not so much brain fog. And really good emotional health. I did notice mid day that my eyes dilated, and I had a lot of energy.
Also I took a nap mid day and it was amazing.
