Day #1 of no carb fast

 



I've always been kind of tinkerer, and my body weight and my diet are no different. Diet's get to provied a platform to experiment. I've always read about the effects of carbs on the body. 



So this first day which fell on a Sunday, was a little rough to get used to it. But I jumped in, anyway. I had my sugar free coffee first, and used the type of milk that has very low sugar content. Here is the recipes. 


Starbucks Sumatra bagged coffee  

Sugar free carmel 

2 ounces of Lower carb milk it comes in a blue container. 


For lunch I did have a subway sandwhich foot long, and this has been my last touch of bread. It was a turkey sandwhich which is a little less calories. 


Snack: Smoked Cheese, it has apple on the title and you can get it at walmart

I didn't eat again till dinner and set the rice aside and at the lower carb items. 

When I went to bed I felt pretty good. 

There is a video on youtube where they talk about how carbs affect your sleep. I believe this is true.
