I've come to recognize the little body aches, as a sign that I'm getting somewhere. The pain from not eating carbs, the seratonin levelling as a good thing. The headaches when I sleep, the skin feeling like it is hanging off me. Which it is not, isn't too much to ask for 50 years of eating sugar constantly. And today I am at:
232 lbs and I'm very proud of that. It's just amazing also the amount of patroleum that is in these sugar products, and how I'm cleaning that out as well. This is going to be quite a journey.
