Day 18 is a still going strong day. 

Down to a steady 232 from 238, which is amazing.

Lunch: Chick filet salad with Grilled chicken

Snack: Sugar free cool whip, with almongs, cashews, pumpkin seeds 

Dinner: Pork chops, side of veggies 

Snack: Sugar free limonade
