Day #12 of no carbs
Scrambled eggs and Sausage for Breakfast. Aches and pains are starting to go away. This is beginning to seem like the norm.
Midday naps if taken are really good and deep. Not sure why, as the research suggest that keeping insulin out of the cell, creates room for nutrients to do their jobs.
