Here is the no carb coffee recipes I've been using:
Wait 30 minutes before drinking to let hormones do what they are supposed too!
Starbucks Sumatra
Scoop of ice to taste
Torani sugar free syrup they have (Hazelnut, white chocolate, caramel) Just to start
2 ounces of lower carb milk about 6 ounces a cup and I use nowhere near that.
