 When my boat was almost hit by the showboat Branson Bell        It was late when we started out and the sun was setting on Table Rock. We had a small little pontoon boat, that seemed to handle the water well. Until the showboat showed up! It was as if they owned the water, this night and every night. Waves crashed against our small pontoon boat. We didn't have a lot of control, but wanted to see this behemouth. Branson Sunday Traffic tricks- think about what you could do with four hours? You could hang out at the landing and have lunch! Go see two movies, wash your car, or be on your 8 hour drive and half way there. This is the Branson Sunday traffic conundrum, of scores of people waiting in traffic, when there are a ton of alternatives. 1)highway 76 has a ton of alternate routes, to arrive at highway 65! Here are a few: Gretna road has connections all the way down highway 76, almost down to the old Skating ring! Take a left turn and head north, and meet Gretna and take a right. This will take you to a fourway stop, where you can either go strait and meet highway 76 or highway 65. This left turn will save you 4 hours of waiting on highway 76! Headed to Springfield , Take highway 76, past silver dollar city and take a right when it ends, and head to 160. Marvel Cave Tour at Silver Dollar City + Tour + Waterfall Roo m 08/17/20- Had a great time at Silver Dollar City's Marvel Cave a few weeks ago. It is a massive cave underneath the ground 20 stories down! It is gorgeous! At night it's a bit darker than the day time, but was still a fascinating endeavor. Here is  the complete tour!
