1) Health Kitchen Lots of gluten free pastas and delights to try. They can even add the spice to your dish, if that's whats on the agenda for the night. Very nice clean place, worth the visit.

2) Parlor Donuts has some fantastic gluten free options. You choose from a menu and they make them right there, and put them in a nice little box to take home. They are a little pricier and they can't be included in the donut bundle of 12 donuts. Fantastic place!

3)Table 21-they have several dishes without gluten, that you could upsize with maybe some beef, or an additional meat to give it that zing. It is a little pricey, but it is worth every dollar.

4) Food trucks off of Gretna Road-tons of Gluten free options over here. Kaliki Hawaii, ice cream, Mexican fair, you name it.

5) Taco Tuesday at El Lago in Both locations Branson West and Branson at the old Planet Hollywood.
