AMERICAN IDOL STARS WHO Hang Their Hats in branson, mo  JANUARY 15, 2017   ADMIN 2 COMMENTS American idol has been all the rage for many years and with the faithful words of Ryan Seacrest as the end of the final season, they will be back in a revamped version hopefully. That being said, over the years we’ve had some contestants from our Locally grown area as well. Springfield, Hollister, and Branson. Here’s a list of the people I know who have lived, worked, and made it to American idol.      Branson is one of the best places to live and work on the planet. And I've lived and worked here for over 27 years. I've always been so focused on Branson, Mo that I'd never thought of all the great things to do Near Branson Mo. I do these things all the time and have a great time. Springfield, MO has a ton of things to do, and there are tons of Lake Near Branson Mo. Here's a short list of some of the things you can do. 1) The Battlefield Mall -this place has a ton of stores. And is pretty easy to access. Just take the Battlefield exit off of Highway 65 north and you will be well on your way. Dillards, Jcpenny, Sears are all there, among many other banner stores. Special tip: Be prepared to walk, as this mall is very large. Battlefield mall website 2) Table Rock Lake -Located off of Highway 165 its just a stones throw away from Branson. Tons of Hiking, fishing, swimming, and boating of course. Branson, mo is a great place for things to with Kids. It has a wholesome attitude, and friendly demeanor unprecedented. The people are friendly for the most part and realize that Tourist make up a great part of the economy. Don't stop at the Branson Tourism Bureau when everything you need is right here. Some new things opened in 2016 and their legacy will be carried on in 2017. People seem to love Bransonisfun.com's top ten lists so I will present them in that format. My top ten dates with my wife in Branson, Mo As I open up all of my Blogs I love  Branson  Bransonisfun.com  and I love to go and do exciting things with my wife in and around town. We Hike, go to shows, Restaurants, and do amazing things with our Kids. And when we get the chance, we plan a great date night. We can usually put together a nice night of sunsets, sushi, and sensation. 1) The Branson Landing Date -we usually show up around six and walk over and have a cup of Joe at the Local starbucks right across from the Landing, and plan what we are gonna do. We will either go have a great meal, or do a little bit of shopping, as the landing rolls its carpets up around six. Its also important about what we want to spend. If its $20.00 we will go over and eat at Charlie's Sub shop, its very good and they prepare everything right in front of you. $40,00 we will eat at the Seafood place on the landing $60.00 Cantina Loredo is where we'll eat.      Side Walking in Branson- my wife and I love to do a bit of walking. To find things to do, window shop,and wonder, and best of all rest. We love to have a good meal, go for a walk, do some antiquing and make a night of it. Here is my list of best spots to do some sidewalking, and you'll be better for it.  1. The Branson Landing -this has to be #1 as you have a good mile of shops, restaurants, bars, and all kinds of places to window shop.  Restaurants: Subway, Garfields,Cantina Loredo,Buffalo wild wings, Fall Guys (Which may have changed now) and tons more. What to do at Branson Landing in 2022? There is so much to do at the Landing (Said with British accent) that I don't know where to begin. They've added so much (the balloon,Parakeet Pete's) that I get excited just thinking about it. During the summer they have free concerts as well, and it's just a great safe place to take the kids.
