  If Honest Abe came to Branson in his long hat, and dark suit, what would he want to see. If he could  travel forward in time, or backward what shows would Ole honest Abe want to see? What attractions  would he go to, natures trails would he traverse? One could only make guesses, but based on Abe's life,  and his stuggles while in office, I have a pretty good idea of where he'd go.  Abe's favorite Restaurant-It would have to be some type of down home cooking. Nothing like Cracker  Barrel that would be to corporate, so I'm thinking this new home style restaurant on Highway 76 Like the  Farmhouse Restaurant or the Branson Cafe. Abe just wouldn't be able to take the notoriety of a corporate  chain.

  My Wakyoto Branson Experience       What a great experience at Wakyoto such a great place to eat everytime I go. The service was specatcular as well.   Last night at Wakyoto's Located literally  in the heart of Branson, Wakyoto's is a fighter. They have been around for a while, and    really put on a great show. Traditional Japanese setting the food is simply....amazing. This meal was a bit    pricey, but with all the great options how could you refuse. We had:   Spicey Tuna, Spicey Salmon, The Branson roll, and the roll on the right was the Hawaiian Roll. For    Appetizers we had the egg rolls, and the Vegetable Tempura. It came with two sauces, and the egg rolls we  cut up into very large pieces. The decor is all traditional Japanese and you could tell, they really put a lot    of thought into it. From Samurais to Sumos this was an amazing visit. A must stop on your tip to Branson.  It was all just so fantastic. They even served us Miso soup as well. The Menu is easy to order from and everything is delicious.

 Top Ten stars that Played the Grand Palace back in the day!      The Grand Palace opened to a stunning array of amazing Pageantry! Louis Mandrell and Glenn  Campbell were slated as co-hosts, and a plethora of stars were set to follow. Majestic landscaping  out front, within the shroud of a Southern-esque plantation. Or so we thought? The Place had a  pretty good run, from stars at their Heyday from Neil Mcoy to Bill Cosby. Don't throw stones just  yet, Cosby was ok at that time. But problems were soon to follow. It was all about the set list, and  the business model. And when those things collided,and the palace tried to run a local show, or  multiple shows in such a large theater, the end was eminent.
