   10 Days of Diet tips-Diet solutions for a busy 2020 Christmas I don't know about you, but this has been a tough year! Lot's of ups and downs in the workout space. For the next ten days I'm going to drop one interesting way to lose weight. Today's topic is Insulin.  Carbs, Sugar, processed foods all cause very funky spikes in your insulin. Insulin plays a huge part in your bodies abilities to lose weight. Start a journal and begin anylizing when you eat processed foods the most, and ask yourself why? Crackers, rice, bread, high sugar foods. All these foods either need to go or be limited.   A Great little dumbbell workout to lose weight 01/17/24 Did a quick fast since yesterday at 2pm and man the mental clarity is amazing. So it's about 10:56 right now, and i'm going to try and make it till 2:00 pm today, to complete the 24 hours. So we shall see. Things that happened so far: 1) Lots of energy could be the glycogen stores burning off from my liver that are stored 2) a ton of mental clarity 3) Negligible sleep, I would wake with a ton of clarity go to restroom and go back to bed.  4) Great emotional state  Check us out on fat loss factory for more on facebook!

  Branson Business closed for the winter-I shall see you in the spring dear one It's always rough to see restaurants close for the winter out here, but it happens every year! As soon as this long cold winter exhausts us all, our wonderful restaurants are back open! 1) Godfathers closes every winter and is closed this year 2024 but will be back open before you know it. They have one of the strongest Pizza offerings in town so watch out! 2) Dunkin Donuts at times is hit or miss. As of right now they are open, but give a few hard winters night and it could be anybody's game.  3)I was down town the other day and several shops and restaurants were closed. I guess that's just how it goes.  4) Coffee shop at the Music City center, several times I've popped by and they've been closed, not sure it's because of the winter. 

      New Branson Restaurants in 2024  The ground is covered in snow as I write this. And there is a bubble above my head as I dream of all the new beautiful restaurants coming to Branson. I was amazing that they put in a second chick filet, right next to another new restaurant CHEDDARS. Which is amazing in and of itself. But crazier things have happened. When land comes open, they tend to put a restaurant there. Simply because people love new food, and they tire of the oldies but goodies. So here is this majestic list for 2024. Pull up your boots and get ready because there are some goodies.  1) New Chick filet-as we shared earlier there is a great Cheddars that was on last years list. And right next door is now a chick filet. One offers nice boutique dining, while the other a very precise carry out system.   American Idol Stars that Hang their Hats in Branson, mo 1) Jason Yeager -Great Contestant from Season 7 and has worked and lived in the Branson area. Several Idols have worked at the Hard Luck diner at the Grand village and have been very succesful. 2) Luke Menard -Great Acoustic guitar player as well, and has performed at Several theaters around the area. And can be seen weekly at the Woodland Hills Family Church. And has been playing at Grand Country since 2008. 3 )Ellen Peterson -is another Local favorite that made it to American Idol opportunity as well. But I’m not sure what she continues to do in the area. But the picture down below does look like it was taken at the Little Opry theater at the Imax. 4) Zack Ketterback -was born in Kansas City and went to Missouri state so was basically discovered in Springfield mo 5 )Matt Kester- a great Branson local from Hollister mo from the Carrie Underwood season. Godfathers Pizza is closed for the winter where to get your pizza groove on in Branson!  I always hate it when Godfathers closes for the winter. It's just down the street from my work so that classy buffet is only footsteps from my heart. Their Salad bar is the bomb, their restaurant is so clean, and their service is fantastic. Here are a few pizza experiences to try before they are back up and running which will be early March I presumed.  1) Dominos located on 165 across from Walgreens, has really upped their game. The Pizzas are delicius  and they have an easy pay system, and delivery is great! 2) Papa Murphys-if you want to take your pizza home and bake it, they have a great vegetarian pizza with artichokes that is fantastic, and a must try. Located in Hollister, just South of Branson this is a must try.  3)Papa Johns-located on Highway 76 is a place worth a try.
