The Do's and Dont's Had a great weekend at Big Cedar this past weekend. The snow and Ice was very impactful on a lot of activities, but we still found a lot to do!

Do's

The Hiking trails are amazing, as well as all the views of Big Cedar, a must do. (Night View From Branson landing) Take a camera and get ready to take some pictures. You won't believe your eyes.

The main pool at Big cedar has so much to offer. If you stay at Paradise point you'll need a band to get into the big pool, but they never checked. It also has a hot tub as well outside which was fantastic. It seats like 10 people.

The arcade had the largest video games I had ever seen. It was amazing, lots of great games, like Cenepede, air hockey, basket shooting and so much more! A restaurant was inside as well.

The Truman Restaurant was a great find as well, as they have a very diverse fair and coffee as well.

The sundry shop on the water is very expensive, so I would just buy everything you need before you get in. Meals will run you about $45 for a family of four, but the effort you have to make to eat is minimal, everything you need is right there.

Video rentals are free, but there is so much other stuff to do, why wast time setting up a video player.

Don'ts

Don't do the studio room, it's to small and have small children it probably wont work out. There was a fold out couch and the bathroom was fantastic. There is a lot to do at Big Cedar but is hard from such a small room.

The pool at Paradise point is probably for overflow from the main pool. It looks fantastic, but doesn't have the bells and whistles the big one has. They also have a workout facility in there, that looked great.

The sundry shop is very expensive, bring everything extra you will need, even the small room has an icebox and microwave.

Video rentals are free, but who has time when you have all this beauty available.
