  A gluten Free eating experience when eating in Branson on vacation.  Above is an example of Mac & Cheese we purchased in Branson to prepare at our condo, when we eat instead of going out. It was very good.  My top ten Gluten Free go too 1) Health Kitchen   Lots of gluten free pastas and delights to try. They can even add the spice to your dish, if that's whats on the agenda for the night. Very nice clean place, worth the visit.  2) Parlor Donuts has some fantastic gluten free options. You choose from a menu and they make them right there, and put them in a nice little box to take home. They are a little pricier and they can't be included in the donut bundle of     12 donuts. Fantastic place! 3) Table 21 -they have several dishes without gluten, that you could upsize with maybe some beef, or an additional meat to give it that zing. It is a little pricey, but it is worth every dollar.  4) Food trucks off of Gretna Road-tons of Gluten...

  What the Beastie Boys had to do with Pro wrestling      Per an interview with Rick Rubin in the early days, the Boys loved Pro Wrestling. And took their nod  from it, with their interactions with the media. They would say the most outlandish things in interviews to  create traction the days before Social Media. And it worked. I remember them saying on MTV how they  wanted musicians to bring their gear to the shows and they would buy the gear on the spot! I wonder how  many kids lugged their gear up and down stairwells, only to get to the show and be disappointed. That  was the Beasties for you!

       A great meal at top of the rock-and YES IT WAS EXPENSIVE. The ambiance could not be beat!  I had   the lobster which is $85 by the way. I had initially order the lobster ravioli but had the full lobster instead  . It had all kinds of shrimp and different things on top of it. My wife got to enjoy  some Gluten free options   as well, and we even watched the fireworks from SDC. Cafe Cusco was such a delight. Located in downtown Springfield near the Hotel Missouri. This was a fantastic place. We got to enjoy a great chicken dish, and a beef dish. As well as the fried Avocado which had an amazing taste.
